For months I was told the items I ordered were not in stock and it would be 8-12 weeks before the back-order could be filled. Now they tell me they cannot refund my money, but the items are in stock and if I would like the order filled they would provide a 20% discount, i.E. Pay for the same order over again (prior to the order being filled) with no reassurance that the order would actually be shipped. I do not believe the FDM Brands are trustworthy.
