Ordered shoes from tangowear.com on April 30/13. Received the shoes on July 9/13 after many emails to inquire about delay. The shoes I received were not the ones I ordered and they were way too small for my feet, among other problems with the shoes. The website said to contact them within 7 days of receipt to report any problems for exchange or refund. I emailed tango-wear.com right away. No response. Emailed them again a week later and still no response to this date.
