I keep receiving text messages and telephone calls from the following numbers: 909-363-0321; 516-870-0288. When you call those numbers back, there is only an automated voice asking for your cellular phone number and your credit card number. I cannot locate a land line that is a working number and cannot speak to a person. I have never used this service as I do not know anyone who is incarcerated.
