Refusal of payment/repossession of vehicle

I am Carolyn Pates, mother of Kevin I called Embassy Loans more 3-4 times to make a payment for my son, who was not available to make the payment. I received numerous harassing, urgent messages from unidentified staff of Embassy. Upon calling, I advised our situation and a demand for Kevin to call in himself and It didn't matter who I was, (stated, there must be phone booth, etc wherever he might be. Refusal to make any amends in receiving the credit card or other means of saving this vehicle from repo. I finally spoke with Robin who kindly gave me and update the file that I had called several times, apologizing for the rudeness I had encountered with co-worker. Robin supplied me with the account number with which to pay by credit card. Upon calling the next business day, I was unable to complete the payment process, as their business hours were not supplied to me, each call I was on hold for countless minutes. A brief mention of going to Walmart was offered, however, not completed, simply told that Kevin needed to call and put me on the account to take care of the payment. Each time I asked for the file to be updated and was told that it would be and I advised that Kevin would not return until Sunday. Plans to make the payment was to be done on Monday. Approximately 1237 am (Sunday) a knock on the door from a female asking for Kevin and she was there to reposs the Lincoln Navigator which they had backed from the driveway, placed on their tow truck, parked won the street aways. The female stated that he Kevin volunteered to give them the keys, he could retrieve any items he may have wanted from the truck. Kevin was awakened and dealt with the truck driver and female who knocked on the door.
Because of the refusal to take the payment the first or second call I made has caused massive charges, where the payment to be made was $190.31 which was refused by any staff of Embassy. A tow charge of $500 was imposed and insurance, which we don't need on such an older vehicle. We carry our own state regulated insurance. Total demanded from Embassy has escalated to $2800 which is outrageous for a merely less than $200 dollar payment.
Kevin returned, called Embassy on Monday and was given this information. I called Embassy early on and there was no updated info on the reposed Navigator prior to noon.
