My federal income tax was sent to account now august 2 and they held my money and would not release it to me when I called in march the machine stayed the account don't exsist I talked to a agent from account now and bancorp they claim the money was sent back to the IRS. I talk to the IRS sent in the 3911 form (refund trace form) and received a letter from the IRS august 5th that stated the check has been sent to account now august 15 that's the last trace on the check I just need my hard earned money if someone knows what I can do to get money please help thanks
