I sent for a free trial of the RVTL and Equinox and paid a total of £9.90 which was fine, as I expected too! But found later on my bank account that I have been charged £95.00 AND £89.00 for these items! I have tried on numerous occassions to contact them, but have had no feed back, apart that the fact that I won't be charged again! I want my money back, 'free trial' ha and not the only one that has been robbed. These people should'nt be allowed to trade, it's a rip off! Can you do something about it please as I am getting nowhere fast and can not afford that sort of money!!!
