I purchased a bottle of garcinia cambogia for somewhere around $4.95 on their webwite. When i received the bottle I also recieved four other bottles. I then called in to the customer service number and spoke with someone. She proceeded to tell me that they always send extras and if you were not happy with the product you can send it back. I asked her how much it was to keep it and she stated it would one $20 charge if I decided to keep them. I then asked if that was true and she said yes just one charge. Well I decided to keep them thinking whats $20 right. Well come to find out I was charged $148.00. So I decided to call in again and I spokewith someone and they said the noted from the previous call stated that she told me about the time frames, charge and the guidelines. All that being false, she also stated that I would not be getting my money back and that it would only be that one $148 charge. How do I know if that is true? I know that at the beginning of the call it states that the calls are recorded that is the only truth I have to this whole ordeal and I have no reason to lie. I just want my money back and will never do business with them again.
