I responded to a deal on Groupon or Living Social to purchase a bottle of Garcinia Ultra. I received the bottle, and took two tablets. They made me very sick. I did not take any more of the tablets. Today, I received another bottle in the mail with the Fullment Center as the return postage. The packing slip does not have a cost on it. Big Attack, Inc. Is listed on the slip, along with Karen Coffey's name. It states to Ship To: 15003 Stablewood Downs Cypress, Texas 77429. I checked my bank account, and there was a charge of $82.74. The charge was from Ultradiet. I did not order additional bottles, and I would like to know who to send it back to. I did not authorize additional charges.
