"Capital Process Servers", "Authorised Process Servers" and other names used, threatening people with bogus "subpoenas" are a complete fraud. This trash needs to be stopped. They are phishing for information in order to steal identities. Apparently they already have a lot of information, even SSNs. Submit a complaint to the FTC.
