I called global visas to find out the details for work permit to canada. One of the person in global visas said me that i am eligible for the application for the details I given to him and made me hurry to pay the £500 on spot and so only we can do the process quickly as so many people are been put on the waiting list and if i pay that £500 monthly I will be put on the priority list and u dont need ur bank statement, No need of Ielts score. But u get the visa and that's how he tempted me and I got pay £500 at the same time. I even asked about to find out the details for my friend and he took contact details of her and continued the same with her. We both together paid £2000 to the company but nothing was been processed. Only the updated resume of mine and her was sent (which they said is canadian standards) in 2months by collecting £2000 from us.
After the preparation of our resume they used to send 10-12links per week to apply the jobs in canada where we could apply only for 1 or 2jobs and remaining are useless as those links asks for canadian address details and won't accept UK datails. We haven't received a single call from any company or from the consultancy we applied through for 1.5 month. Later we asked for more links but it was the same next time. But they take the money on time by giving the call 2days before saying that your payment is due in 2days. So I stopped picking their calls and dint pay the money after that.
When i mailed them back they said getting the calls is beyond our control. But at start they said we have a touch with most of the recruiting companies in canada and getting calls and jobs are very easy.
Now they replied to my mail stating that we are passing ur details to the debt recovery team. It happened to most of the persons while I am searching on Internet.
So please advice us on how to go with this company and tell how to get our money back.
