Good day! I am writing to you regarding my terrible experienced with Global Visas. On August 19 I made an inquiry to Global Visas regarding their International Employment Solutions. I filled up an assessment form and after 2 hours they told me on the phone i was eligible to apply for a working visa and immediately they are asking for a deposit before even they checked my documents and ask for my debit card details. I was made to pay an initial deposit because of their sweet promises. After I paid the deposit that is the only time they send me the Client Pack which consist the term and conditions. It was already late when I found out that I am not entitled for a refund if ever I changed my mind. Three weeks have past and I received an email from my account manager Franklin Gualiza of Global Visas telling me that I will be the one who will look for employment not them where in the first place that is the service I paid them for and what they promised me. I got so upsent and told him not to continue my application and told him not to take anymore money from my account. The following morning I just found out that the debited money from my account for the payment of my remaining balance even I already told them to stop and not wanting their service. I phoned Franklin Gualiza about this and arrogantly answer me that I have sign a contract already with them and there is no way to stop them from getting more money from my account. He even shouted at me and he made me feel stupid while he was talking to me. I asked him if I can talk to someone regarding my refund and he shouted at me and told me that its my fault because I should not acquired their services in the first place. I want you to give me an advice on what is the best action against this kind of people and company. I am hoping for your immediate response. Thank you very much!
