Ordered 2 free samples and was sent shipments that i never ordered and was charged from my account. Someone rang me about stock etc, i made it clear that i only wanted samples, yet the shipments were still sent and charged to my card each month. I have now cancelled my account hopefully, just waiting for my next credit card bill.
