I received a phone call stating that I owed a payday one loans in the amount of 1200.00. I had been turned over to RCS to collect this amount of be turned over to be prosecuted against. They said they would settle the debt with $599.00 settlement. I have never taken a loan out with payday one and it is not even a loan company.
