I participated in a free trial for which I was to be charged $5.instead of just shipping the trial portion, this company shipped a trial and a full monthly application both together and without my authorization my credit card was billed for both the trial and a full month of product, an additional 94.31. The company has refused a return of the unused and unopened product and will not issue a refund.
