I signed up for a website which is supposed to be done for me on 21 May and was not satisfied with the website as it was done poorly. There was a guarantee that a refund would be given if I was not satisfied and so i submitted a ticket to cancel it on 1 June. Adam R replied and ask me to reconsider but i told him that i wish for a refund on 15 June. There was no reply after that even though i sent him a few reminders on 21 June and 1 July. Till todate there is still no reply and no refund given to me. Pls help to contact them and get my refund.
