D & G Application Assistance does nothing but take money

I paid this company thinking there was a fee for getting a replacement for my husband and my social security cards. All this company did was take my money. They are not a part of social security and never have contacted me to assist or provide a refund. I have found out now that there is no charge for getting a replacement ss card.
