I requested 14 day free sample. Received sample 7/16 with explanation that I could expect my next shipment to be send on 7/21... That was only 5 days from receipt.

I called that same evening and cancelled my account, Mandy the service representative went round and round with me stating I had received my sample on 7/13, which I did not.

Anyway I'm glad I read and re-read their flyer sent with the sample otherwise I'd probably be out $. G
