He asked me to pay $2425.00 to help me out. I sent four personal checks, he used to call me every week on Tuesday after he cashed all the checks, then I received a letter from my mortgage company I sent it to him by fax, email i even called no answer what so ever. When ever I call I get the voicemail message, left messages still no answer. When I spoke with the mortgage company they told me no papers were filed on my behalf.
