I Googled an error code associated with not being able to upload photos from my digital camera to my PC. A wiki page opened up telling about the code and giving me a link to the fix. The link took me to a test page that showed I had over 1300 problems with my computer. I have registry software, so it should have occurred to me right there that it was bogus.
I was tired of screwing with the problem, so I payed them via Pay Pal thinking that Pay Pal usually is pretty good at protecting your purchases. After inserting the activation code into the software, I supposedly fixed all of these problems, but actually did nothing.
I had been getting a few error codes on minor things that I had been living with. It did nothing for them. Basically, all this thing does is put on a show and charge you an expensive price for it. I have asked today for a refund. I imagine that I am in store for the same kind of BS that the rest of the folks on here are getting, but I have to try.
One piece of advice if you are reading this:
DON"T BUY ERROREND SOFTWARE!!!
