I purchased a software security package from SYSTWEAK on or about 04/11-04/12. This was supposed ensure that my laptop is safe from viruses, malware & spyware. I paid $248.00 for two year software support. I also paid another $39.90 for something I wasn't aware of until today, but was also charged by SYSTWEAK. I thought my system was safe, then on 05/28 I received a call from Microsoft support informing me that my laptop is infected, in danger of crashing, vulnerable to malware & spyware, and needs to be corrected immediately.
