I purchased some dresses through Karen Millen and payment was made to "ALLCLONE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD." via SSLBillpay. I have received the clothes, but KM do not know why I was charged an extra amount as they have not received it. I have tried contacting them by emailing and phone, but I cannot get through with either. This was the first and the last time I will used my card online again.
