I purchased a $300 technical support package on my credit card in November of with the understanding that I would get a $99 rebate after having the product for three months. Nine months later, I am still waiting for my rebate check. Every time I call, I am put in hold for an inordinate period of time, then told, oh, wow, this is so unusual, but it was just approved today and will be there soon, or some other lie to mollify me. I don't know what to do, but I am not going to let this rest.
