I responded to an ad on craigslist about a Samsung Galaxy 4S from New York City. I was contacted by Roxanne Delaney about a Samsung Galaxy S4, brand new, 64GB from Craigslist $300. She attached 5 pictures of the phone in the email and said that she was now in Montreal. She mentioned that she found a company called Cargo Force that will deliver the phone to me in the US. She sent me this link about delivery procedures (http://www.canqc-cargoforce.com/en_language.internet. Transactions/index.html). If I like the phone, then the funds would be transferred to Roxanne. If not, then I would get my money back. I asked her why she is selling it, and she said that it was because she didn't need it for work.
This seemed like a legitimate business, so I went through with the agreement. I was asked to send money to Robert Reges in Bolton, UK through Western Union Money in Minutes. I still thought this was a legitimate business as it was related to CargoForce UK (an actual business). I sent the $329 (including the transfer fee) to Roxanne and I was told I would receive the phone in 5 days (7/19). I still have not received the phone.
Looking over the agreement, the cargoforce office manager's name was Ron Cedillos at Montreal Quebec Depot 6683 Rue Jean Talon Est, Montreal, Quebec H1S 1N2 Canada.
