I previously posted a complaint about this company and have finally been able to get onto a real person! Having called all the phone numbers on their website (Australia, NZ, & the USA help no were all disconnected) I tried the Dermpure 1800765924 AUS no on the packing slip which arrived with the samples.
I spoke to 'Joany' (I think!) and got a RMA no. She asked me to send the product within 15 days to the Returns Dept, 3881 Steele St, Unit C, Denver, Colorado, and said they would then issue a refund for the $161.80aUS i was charged on 2/7. I'll let you know what happens...
I also informed her of all the complaints regarding their company and that there a LOT of very unhappy customers out there.
So bombard them with your calls and complaints and see if we get any action!
