I paid for what was billed as samples, cost of shipping only. Now they have tried to take £198 from my account. There was no information in the sample box when it arrived notifying me of how to send it back if I was unhappy the product or that they would charge £196 for it. I had know idea how much the creams cost, and certainly would not have purchased them had I have known.
