I submitted a change of address through this company on June 18 to take effect June 28. To date (July 18) I have received no forwarded mail. I spoke to a customer representative today who promised to refund the $19.95 charged to my credit card, although I have not yet checked to confirm that. However, the delay in changing my business address, causing my mail to be returned with no known forwarding address, has created confusion for my clients and creditors, which will be hard to measure financially.
