I placed an order on the 14th and shortly after recieved a confirmation email with my order number. I then recieved another email saying that there was a payment issue, that the payment was not recieved. The payment had cleared my account so in trying to contact them via chat and email and phone, I have recieved no information from the company. When I try and call them it tells me the number is temporarily off line. What does that mean? I will continue to call and email until the issue is resolved. If not then I will take action against the owner and his company.
