My story is the same as the other complaints. I was not aware I had to return the product in 14 days. Their policy was very deceptive. It took Wells Fargo 20 minutes to find their return policy. The banks are very aware of the problems with these companies, I was told they run into it all the time. There has to be something that can be done to stop these deceptive business practices!
