I have several complaints in regard to this business.

* They advertise the sale of a Canon cameras, but then strip out the manufactures box and replace the original products with cheap generic knockoff brands or do not give you everything the manufacture offers. One page of their website says there's a 1 yr manufacture warranty and another page says only 90 days on labor. It's a brand new camera, so why is this business upselling the full 1 year warranty for an additional $250 when Canon offers a standard one year warranty on their products. This is false advertisement and illegal.

* I received several calls and an email from the business' employee saying that my order could not be processed until I contacted them. They seemed odd and suspicious, so I checked online for complaints and with the BBB. I found over 300 complaints on this company being reported as a scam, taking people's money, not giving them refunds or the product, etc. I immediately called the 1 888 number and spoke with Reggie, the business' customer service employee who told me my order was processed and the product shipped that day. An hour later I received another call from the business (Frank) trying to up-sell and pressure me into purchasing additional products. When I explained to him that I was just told my product had been shipped, he said no it hasn't and would not be shipped out for another week. He also said that I did not talk to one of their customer service reps and must have contacted the wrong company. When I provided him with the customer service reps name, he said no one by that name worked there and got all nasty and rude with me. I asked him about the complaints made online against the company and he lied and denied that they existed. He also couldn't give me a valid reason for why my order was not being shipped. He kept cutting me off as I was talking and was about to hang up on me mid sentence. I confronted him on this and he denied it, but immediately hung up the phone. I then called the 1 888 number again. Frank, who I just had talked to, lied to me as soon as I asked him his name. This time he said (Greg). I told him I recognized his voice and was just on the phone with him. He denied it and said I never talked to him. I asked him again about the status of my order and he said it was processed. I asked him if it was shipped, he said no he would not be shipping it until next week. I asked him why - he gave me no answer. I asked him was processed meant - he gave me know answer. Every aspect of my experience with this company was shady and exactly described by the hundreds of other complaints people made about this company. Some of the complaints said they never received their product because the company did not want to honor the sale price the product was sold for. It appears this was the route the business was taking with me. I didn't purchase all of their overpriced accessories, so they were not going to ship my product out when their website said the product was in stock and ships usually in 1-2 business days. Again false advertising.

* They also state on their website that I would receive several free products as gifts for my purchase, but then after ordering I received a message that I would not receive them unless I submitted a review for the business online. I did not feel comfortable completing the review without having received my product or finishing the transaction, yet submitted one in order to receive the gifts. This was another example of false advertising on their website. They are bribing their customers with products in order to get good reviews. This is an unethical business practice.

* The employee (Frank or Greg, whatever the guy's real name is) told me my phone number showed up on his screen. So naturally when I tried to call back to cancel my order, he would not answer the call. I could not get through to the company. I then had to call my credit card company to see if they changed my card without shipping me the product. After all of this hassle and problem with this company, I had to close out my credit card in order to not be taken by this company as the hundreds of other people have warned.

I want this company shut down. They should not be allowed to continue selling manufacture's products that they are advertising but then stripping them out and replacing with generic products. They should not be able to continue their unethical and shady business practices, especially with all of the complaints and money they've stolen from customer's through their "restocking fees" and refusal of giving customers refunds.
