I closed out of my online banking, and an offer came up. It said that for the price of shipping and handling, I would receive a free gift. I thought that the offer was from my bank because it appeared to be on their website.in May, I saw a charge for the shipping and handling. Then, mid-June, I saw another charge for $149. Through the online form I initially filled, I saw no indication of this kind of charge.
