We are beyond disappointed! Several years ago we purchased an E-Z Up Dome II Shelter and were in need of replacing the canopy (top material). Cost of a new canopy (top material only) is $90.00! Per the E-Z Up's website and the customer service rep in the retail sales department (after I held for 34 MINUTES) told me the cost to replace $90 and cost to buy a new one was $139, but today it was on sale for $119.
THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A COMPANY OF THIS SIZE AND THE NUMBER OF YEARS IN BUSINESS (30 yrs). We are recycler's and would prefer to replace the top material vs thrown it in a landfill, but the cost of doing so was UNACCEPTABLE. We will NEVER purchase an E-Z Up unit again.
