After creating an account with the company to e-file the citizenship application, it automatically asks for a payment to complete the process. Except that the process that they only helped you on was filling out the NC-400, and make you print it afterward to mail it in with another payment. Lost $199 for this crap and now I have to pay $680 with my application to submit it in.
