I list my vacation rentals on vrbo.com, where my account has been phished twice through NO fault of mine. My potential clients have lost money, so now I am giving them rentals for half the price to help them out. Vrbo takes no responsibility, and while I have tried for several days to fix the problem, they do not answer the phone, leaving clients on hold for half an hour in some cases. Now they have taken my 3 listings off the website, so I am losing business every day that this goes on. While they say that their service and support are 24/7, the Security Dept only works a regular work day. Is that actually customer support?
