I am yet another victim for $192.00. As with the other complaints there was absolutely no documentation in the box with the product. What was to be a trial of both for $4.00 cost me not only $4.95 each for for shipping but an additional amount of $99.00 for the Equinox and $93.00 for the RVTL. Nowhere in their add do they mention that it is a 14 day trial at which these charges will be assessed and continue to be assessed. I am a cancer patient and can not get my medicine because they emptied my bank account. When I called I was basically told too bad, they did cancel me but refused to return my funds. This is nothing more than a rip off. I was told I should have read the terms and conditions, they know full well no one reads the pages and pages of that stuff as it is not written in language we can understand anyway it's all lawyer talk. They know no one reads that stuff that's why they hide it there, it's not only misleading but bad business practice they are using to rip off the public.
