I ordered the sample of skin creme on July 5th, I did not received it and thought the order did not go through. Then on July 15th, I checked my account and the skin creme company were debiting my account. When I called their customer service and cancelled they said that they still had to take the money, because that was the actual cost of the sample. I tried to speak to anyone at the company, but all the agents said the same thing.
