After working for this company for some time, I found it to be completely wasteful. They scam you from day one.
After answering an ad in the paper or on the internet, it states apply today work tommorow. It might even garauntee $300 a week. It shouldnt because they get you to sign a contract a 1099 form and agree to all of the companies requirements. They do all of this without stating what all of these things are.
Going out on a day of Observation is this second worse thing because they tell you to come in for a second interview, but you spend the whole day with them in the field.
They dont tell you that you will be doing door-to-door sales until you arrive to the first plaza or business and you are to go with them and follow them around all day while they made idiots of themselves soliciting broken or defective merchandise to business owners and employees.
Sometimes they give receipts with a number to call for exchanges or refunds but very rarely does this matter get taken care of.
This is the deceptive sales of the business. But the model shown is the same structure of the business itself. The business is glorified by preaching oppurtunity to run an office in another location, which you must work up to.
This is done by taking out people who are there for their second interviews and hopefully you paint a good enough picture for them to come back the next day. If they do, you must pay them $50 out of your profits for the day and if you do not sell enough that day to pay them, it comes out of your own pocket.
This business helped me open my eyes to look for other scams in the future, but it was a complete waste of my time and my money as well. Now I owe the government thousands of dollars, and I put thousands of miles on my car just to work for them. F* You Very Much.
