My husband and i booked a cruise, for september, they had a despute with airline, flights were changed, it meant we had to travel from N Ireland to S Ireland a 100miles away from us, to travel to London, and then we had to, wait in London for five and half hours for flight to Americia, which caused my Husband a lot of stress, the Dr said he should not go, so we had to cancel. WE canceled on may 10 and sent Doctor s note, four week s later, I rang them, they said they dident get the letter, had to send another one this time they had to sign for it, I had to ring again, I left a message saying i was getting a Solicitor for them, yesterday i got a letter 11 July, saying the money i had paid £1165.00 was the cancellation charge, I cant beleve that they can do this, They were great at the start, then everything changed, It was hard to contact them after that. Please Help
