Like many of the other complaints, I ordered a trial of the skin cream and the eye serum. I was charged and paid $4.95 for shipping. My credit card company notified me of potential fraud on my account when the charges of $99.00 and $93.00 appeared and were "international". I informed them that I did not authorize these and am in the process of disputing them. I called when I thought my "trial period" was over, and was informed that I had not notified them within the 14 days that started on the date ordered! Ridiculous. They are scamming big time and I feel stupid to have been taken in. They would not let me return my unused portion but promised not to send or charge for more product. Good, because the account is closed and Chase is going after them for fraud.
