My husband was awarded a "free sample" of a cosmetic product after having completed a survey on the internet. All he had to pay jwas a small shipping and handling fee. Imagine our surprixe when our credit card showed a billing amount of over $101. Is this a scam. I THINK SO!!! Our credit card company is investigating
