I also had what I thought was a trial for £4.99, and this company also took £84.95 from my account, I phoned customer services who said no money back as per terms and conditions, one half of the two small trial bottles was cancelled the other they said had to be returned, recommended tracking the order and said this would cost about the same as keeping it for a "80%" discount they could offer me for £13.99" I don't think so they trial was for £4.99
