After researching this, it appears to be a scam.

alright with it ok. Me and my wife have plan to make arrangement with
our sectary to send you a check for the total amount of the
reservation as soon as you have penned these dates down for us. Me and
my wife are coming to the place for our honeymoon ok. This check will
be send to you via UPS or Fedex courier service and to file the
agreement form for the rental here is our full details to fill the
application form
