We are a skilled nursing facitly, we have asked the caller repeatly to stop calling, we allowed him to speak to the person he was looking for. When he wasnt giving the answer that he wanted he told the employee that he was going to keep calling until she was fired. Then he called every line for 4hours we were unable to receive any calls from anyone else physicans, pharmacy, families etc... We have filed a police report, contacted our phone carrier and was told to email you as well.
