Well, I spent a tense ten minutes on the phone with this company's marketing representative and after arguing and 3 short holds while she checked with her leader.in the end I got all of my $92.87 refunded and "my account" cancelled. Thank you to whoever found the phone number posted on scam book for that information. Best advice I can give is don't take no for an answer when you tell them you want your charges reversed. I told them I would be calling MY credit card company on the next call I made and going that route to dispute this transaction.
