Dr. Teich under the business name "Smile Implant Center" charged for dental implants which were not completed-Dr. Teich knowingly scheduled and charge for services which he knew he could not complete. He administered drugs, to me, which he was not licensed to - leading to days of loss of mental faculties and fatigue. Dr. Teich was sued for wrongful death of another patient leading to wrongful/negligent verdict against him. The State of California dental Board has investigated and begun the process of removing his dental practicing license in California. Dr Teich has a record of criminal conviction for mail fraud and time served, professional license revocation in Arizona, and a long and detailed history of professional malpractice in multiple states. He is now practicing in orange count under a different business name.
