Robato Kelly wanted to by a car from me. He wanted to put the money in my Pay Pal account. But first he told me I needed to go to Western Union and deposit 1,000 dollars. I told him No and he told me he was going to turn me in to Pay Pal and even sent me a letter with the FBI saying that he had complained to them. Even if I never lost any money I still would like to report him as a person would scam someone. I was concerned because I told him where to pick up the car before he told me to go to Western Union. So, this person has my home address. Thank you.
