Guy called saying my computer was sending out error messages and he could walk me through the steps to fix the problem. It would only take 5-7 minutes. Could not even understand who he said he was calling on behalf of because of heavy accent. I'm not stupid so I told him I was busy, could I call him back later? No, absolutely not, he was calling from Internet phone, he would call me back. So I said okay. He says can I call you back in two hours. It's been about two hours, nothing yet. After he hung up I dialed *69 and got this number. I decided to do some research to be sure others were aware of this jerk and have come across numerous posts on Microsoft's website complaining of people taking over their computer after they followed directions. Just adding my experience. Somebody needs to shut them down.
