Our A/C went out and their technician told us the condenser was 'fried' and would recommend a new unit. The technician also claims to have told CHW that the unit had been well maintained.
After a runaround, they denied our claim citing that we had not maintained the unit - we faxed them our documents only to be told they had to be 'uploaded' to their computer, which would take 24 hours, after which they couldn't find the documents & we resent them.
To make a long story short, they denied our claim stating that since a technician had to put freon into the unit, it was a pre-existing condition and again denied the claim.
We sent 6 days in 115 -120 degree weather without an air conditioner and were treated very rudely.
Stay away from this company.
