"Placed an order for an Alpha Industries leather flying jacket back in December. After several months of being fobbed off it became apparent that these people weren't going to deliver anything any time soon. Cancelled the order and was told a refund to my credit card would be forthcoming no problem (yes, I actually managed to get through to a human being on this occasion). Still waiting for my refund. They make themselves difficult to contact, no response to e-mails except a standard 'your order is important to us etc...' a telephone answering machine answers all calls. I've had to resort to getting my credit card company involved.
They promise everything, and deliver nothing, and keep your money to boot. That's been my experience. Avoid."
