I ordered a trial package of saphire cigs for $14.95. I never received the package but saw a charge on my bank account for both the $14.95 as well as $99.67. I tried calling the number on they placed on the bank account and got no answer or another company not associated with this product. When I contacted the number I found on scam report, I finally did speak to customer service who told me it was basically my postal service who made the error since they had a tracking number (which is possible) regardless I would still be charged since I passed the time limit to cancel. I could not speak to anyone in upper management and the customer service person basically told me nothing could be done. Stay away from this company!!!
