I ordered a trial of RVTL for both my daughter and myself for $4.95. My daughter's order said that it did not go through because she is at the same address as me. However, her trial order did come. Yesterday, I received another jar of the same thing with no paperwork attached. I did not order anything but the trial, that was it. Since I was unable to reach Customer Service today, I contacted my credit card co. And they have placed a block on my account to this vendor and will notify them directly. Apparently, there were two additional charges, one for $93.00 and one for $99.95 already charged to my account. The fraud department agreed to handle it and they will credit my account and contact the vendor directly. This company is a big hoax and I was a sucker for ordering the trial. Good lesson!
